Exhibition Management

The management ensures the logistics related to the exhibitions. It is one of the guarantors of the proper functioning of the emerging exhibition: transport, insurance, installation and removal process of the artworks, calculations of surfaces and distances, installation systems, security of artworks nearby the public, management of arrivals and departure of works, relationship with service providers and partners. A meticulous organization that has had many human aspects, since it is in constant contact with various interlocutors. The exhibition manager must be a good mediator as well as a good supervisor.
